Our wine list reflects the places that shaped us – the Alps, Switzerland, the Cape, and the classic vineyards of France. We choose winemakers who care about detail, restraint, and character. Many are friends; all are selected with intention.
South African wines form the backbone: expressive, generous, and unmistakably rooted in their own landscapes. Swiss wines anchor the list in our mountains, from bright, mineral Chasselas to the deeper tones of Cornalin, Gamaret, and Garanoir. The French selections stay focused rather than sprawling, offering essential Burgundy, Rhône, Bordeaux, and Champagne without losing our own rhythm.
We make space for discoveries too – producers who surprise us, regions that deserve a place at the table, and wines that bring energy to a meal.
